If your company needs to spend more funds on training qualifying black people to earn your sub-minimum on the Skills Development element for your B-BBEE scorecard, we have African black men and women lined up for training. All they need is the funding.
We have students eager to learn a skill in order to earn a living.
At our Skills Development Centre in Emdeni, we offer such skills and the opportunity to learn about finding employment, furthering their formal studies or starting their own micro-enterprises.
These are short courses in:
ICDL Computer Training
Painting and Tiling
Hydroponics (Vegetable cultivation in tunnels)
Your company’s investment will:
- Earn your company much needed Skills Development points for your B-BBEE scorecard.
- Ensure better care for the children and youth that this organisation is responsible for.
- Empower the organisation that the trainees come from to continue their services.
