3. No Emergency or Crisis Service

5. Section 18A Tax Certificates
Where applicable, Abraham Kriel Bambanani may issue Section 18A tax certificates for qualifying donations.
Section 18A tax certificates are issued only where the donation qualifies and where the required donor information has been provided correctly.
Corporate donors should note that donations used for B-BBEE scoring or Skills Development opportunities may not always qualify for the same tax treatment. The client questionnaire specifically notes that companies cannot claim Section 18A tax deductions if the donation is used to earn B-BBEE points under the relevant SED or Skills Development opportunity, and companies should confirm this with their own advisors.
6. Donation Refunds
Donations are generally made voluntarily and may not be refundable once processed.
However, if a donation was made in error, duplicated, or processed incorrectly, please contact Abraham Kriel Bambanani as soon as possible with the relevant proof of payment and transaction details.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be subject to payment processor rules, banking timelines, administration processes and any applicable transaction fees.
7. Third-Party Payment and Donation Platforms
Some donations, campaigns, debit orders, international giving options or fundraising activities may be processed through third-party platforms.
These platforms may have their own terms, privacy policies, payment rules, refund processes, charges and security measures.
Abraham Kriel Bambanani is not responsible for the content, technical performance, availability, security, policies or processing errors of third-party platforms that are outside our control.
Before using a third-party donation or fundraising platform, you should review that platform’s own terms and conditions.
8. Donate Goods
